    First time?

    Good. Here's the short version.

    What should I bring?

    Gym clothes and indoor shoes. Wraps, gloves, headphones and towels are provided. For sauna and cold, bring swimwear.

    When should I arrive?

    Ten minutes early. A coach walks you through the basics. Doors open 20 minutes before class and close 5 minutes after it starts.

    Do I need experience?

    No. Every class is beginner friendly except the advanced HERO class, where we recommend ten Lucky Punch classes first.

    What language are sessions in?

    English. You set your own pace and weights.

    Can I cancel?

    Yes, up to 12 hours before the start. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a fee.

    How do I join?

    Memberships open through the DOPE app at launch. Until then, email copenhagen@luckypunch-boxing.com and we'll hold a founding spot for you.

    Can I try before I join?

    Yes. Drop in on any class, subject to availability. If you join within 7 days, we credit your drop-in against your first month.

    I'm a hotel guest. Can I join?

    Of course. Many members started with a free session during a stay. Ask the coach after class.

    Can I pause?

    Yes, once a year for up to two months, for travel or injury.

      We need from the hotel

      • The space. Rooms for training and recovery, ideally with a street entrance.
      • Utilities and upkeep. Power, water, heating, cleaning of shared areas, as agreed.
      • Front of house. Reception knows DOPE and hands out the guest QR.
      • Guest access as your concession. You offer the free sessions; the visits are settled from your share (see below).
      • Your channels. Booking confirmation, pre-arrival email, in-room card, website.

        Guest access economics

        Free for the guest. Not free to deliver.

        Guest access is your concession to your guests. Each guest visit carries a fixed fee that pays DOPE and the partner for the session.

        You don't pay it separately. We deduct guest visit fees from your revenue share and reconcile on one statement each month. One number, no invoices going back and forth.
